Not soft as in weakness, but soft as in human. Soft as in rest is not something to be earned. Where caring is not the opposite of ambition. Intentional rest is something to be cherished, especially now, when everything around us is accelerating: AI, technology, the pressure to hustle your way to relevance.

Building in this economy is cheap. But staying human? That takes intention.

About Jocie

Hi, I am Jocie. I started Hello Jocie because I know what it feels like to chase the career, hit the goals, and still feel like something is off. I was that person. Capable on the outside, running on empty on the inside. Going hard, and never daring to choose to be soft.

Like you, I have found myself on the path to burnout time and time again. What changed everything for me was learning to rest in ways beyond sleep and meditation. Not escaping reality through screens, but real, purposeful rest that restored my creative energy, my joy and my relationship with myself.

My work is about helping people feel great by finding their individual balance of body, mind and emotions. I provide tools and systems for better rest and tapping into joy. I help you do life ASAP - as soft as possible.
